The public pages, guides, and free brief are information and marketing. They are not legal, tax, or investment advice. Paid work (builds, coaching, sprints) is a separate agreement we confirm in writing before we start.
You only join the list if you type your email and tick the consent box. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Bounces and spam complaints from Amazon SES are processed at https://cephastope.com/webhooks/ses and suppressed. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse forms, scrape the site, or submit other people’s email addresses as if they asked for the brief. We can refuse or delete a submission.
Intellectual property
The writing, design, and brand marks on this site belong to Cephastope / Cephas Tope unless a credit says otherwise. You may not republish a guide as your own.
No guaranteed results
A positioning brief, a website, or coaching does not guarantee revenue. Any examples of live work (including aboveglobal.ng, handmework.com, and elenvara.com) are process proof, not a typical result.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or data from using the free materials. Paid work is governed by the statement of work you accept.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still applies.
